An Attorney at Hogan Lovells provides high-level legal support to partners, counsel, and associates, contributing to the firmβs success through research, drafting, and case management. Our Attorneys are embedded in Hoganβs practice groups; this position is to join the Investigations, White Collar and Fraud/Litigation group. In addition, our Attorneys have the benefit of a dedicated Attorney Manager to support them, including with work allocation. This role is ideal for experienced attorneys who seek to focus on substantive legal work without the demands of generating business or pursuing partnership. This is a non-partner track position.
Work Environment
Fulltime Attorneys have an annual expectation of 1800 billable hours and are required to be in the office four days a week. This role involves interaction with clients, courts, co-counsel and opposing counsel, and requires strict adherence to confidentiality and professional ethics.
The expected base salary range for this role is $120K to $150K per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidateβs qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
