Litigation and eDiscovery Paralegal Job Details:

Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the western United States, is seeking a full-time Litigation & eDiscovery Paralegal to join its growing Washington, DC office.

This role will serve as a key partner to attorneys handling complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and compliance matters, including matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice. The position also offers the opportunity to support intellectual property litigation matters.

We are seeking a highly organized, technically skilled, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can bring structure, ownership, and consistency to complex matters.

This position is primarily in-office, with a hybrid schedule available following onboarding.

The position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Matter Ownership & Case Management: Take ownership of case organization from inception through resolution
  • Document Preparation: Draft and manage pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
  • Discovery & Data Management: Coordinate document collection, review, and production
  • eDiscovery Strategy & Execution: Utilize platforms such as RelativityOne to manage the full lifecycle
  • Regulatory & Investigations Support: Support subpoena and CID responses, as well as compliance matters
  • Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct research and cite-check briefs
  • Trial Preparation: Prepare exhibits and assist at trial
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate across attorneys, clients, and third parties
  • Workflow Management: Manage deadlines and improve processes

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Experience with complex litigation or investigations preferred

Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced experience with RelativityOne or similar
  • Proficiency with Westlaw and LexisNexis
  • Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with AI tools (Harvey, aiR for Review) preferred

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 annually, based on years of experience.
