Overview
The Legal Department is seeking a Program Lead to bridge the gap between the Legal and IT teams, with a primary focus on Electronic Stored Information (ESI), litigation support, and investigation support. This role will play a critical part in ensuring efficient collaboration, data integrity, and that technology- enabled legal processes are compliant with legal obligations as well as best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both legal principles and information systems and have experience leading projects. The chosen applicantβs roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Act as a liaison between Legal and IT for data-related requires, including litigation, investigation and compliance.
- Support ligation, regulatory and internal investigation activities through efficient data identification, collection, preservation and production.
- Partner with IT team to develop and maintain processes for data management and eDiscovery, including the appropriate distribution of EB assets to outside vendors.
- Support the Legal Team in implementing and maintain technology tools used for eDiscovery, legal holds and compliance monitoring.
- Help document and improve processes for managing ESI, data requests and system access
- Provide training and guidance to IT teams on legal obligations and protocols
- Support compliance and record retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal policies and legal requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorβs Degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT, Compliance, or a related field
- Familiarity with how data is managed and stored within EBβs system
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience supporting litigation, investigations, or compliance initiatives
- Prior experience collaborating with or supporting Legal teams
