This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience in a top tier legal firm and work on some of New Zealand's largest commercial deals and litigation projects that are helping to define New Zealand's future.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a legal background and a passion for legal technology. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of document management - from electronic discovery (eDiscovery) and virtual data rooms to trial preparation.

The role will include:

  • Compiling electronic and hard-copy casebooks, agreed bundles and affidavits
  • Assisting with on-site trial set-up

Skills and experience you will bring:

  • Ideally a tertiary qualification in Law or IT, or previous experience in the legal industry
  • Strong admin support skills and experience within a corporate or professional services environment
  • An understanding of relational databases with the ability to upload and manipulate data (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • MS Office 365 exposure and ability to adapt to new technology with ease
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic team player with initiative and curiosity
  • Keen interest in legal technology

What we offer:

  • Supportive leadership and team
  • Inclusive and welcoming culture
  • Award-winning office space in Wellington central
  • Great perks and benefits, including wellbeing allowance and extra leave
  • Groups and activities to suit your interests: sports, arts & culture, regular team and firm events for connection

We are a collaborative workplace of smart, passionate and hardworking people, united by a commitment to excellence. Work for Aotearoa New Zealand’s largest legal partnership and enjoy a firm which has the resources and structures in place for you to do your best work; as well as people who are caring, inclusive and authentic.
