Role Summary
The Legal Operations Associate will report to the Head of Legal Operations and support the efficient functioning of the legal department by helping to managing legal operational processes and office administration to ensure high-quality engagement and legal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Operations
- Support Contract Lifecycle Management Operational processes by overseeing and maintaining contract information to ensure efficient delivery of contracting services.
- Review, update, and maintain Legal SharePoint sites to ensure accurate, accessible information and support effective use by internal clients and the legal team.
- Support special Legal operations projects aligned with department-wide legal objectives.
Legal Office Management
- Serve as point of contact for legal department administrative needs for local office.
- Manage scheduling for legal leadership meetings, team events, and cross-functional sessions.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, for legal department operations.
- Support travel arrangements and expense reporting for Sr. legal leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree; Paralegal Certification preferred but not required.
- 2β5 years in legal operations, office management, or related administrative role.
- Familiarity with legal tech platforms (e-billing, CLM, eDiscovery).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
