Legal eDiscovery Project Manager (Relativity / Disco / Law)

MyOutDesk is searching for a skilled Legal eDiscovery Project Manager with expertise in Relativity, Disco, and LAW. This role is integral to our team and involves managing complex eDiscovery projects to ensure compliance and timely delivery of legal services. As a Legal eDiscovery Project Manager, you will take on critical responsibilities, including coordinating project resources, overseeing workflows, and serving as the primary contact for clients throughout the project life cycle. Your understanding of eDiscovery processes and technologies will be valuable as you collaborate with legal professionals to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end execution of eDiscovery projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, clarifying project scope and requirements.
• Utilize Relativity, Disco, and LAW for data management, processing, review, and reporting.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project timelines, deliverables, and performance.
• Maintain compliance with legal guidelines and best practices in eDiscovery.
• Train and mentor junior team members on eDiscovery tools and project management processes.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; legal or project management certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in legal eDiscovery project management or related roles.
• Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms, specifically Relativity, Disco, and LAW.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, and capacity to manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Understanding of legal terminology and the eDiscovery process is essential.
