This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead - CS Project Managers based in India.
This role offers an opportunity to lead day-to-day client service and project support activities within a professional services environment. You will support Associate Project Managers and Project Managers in delivering complex projects accurately, efficiently, and in line with established methodologies. The position combines project coordination, client communication, quality control, operational oversight, and team leadership. You will help manage workflows across the eDiscovery lifecycle while ensuring deadlines, service levels, and quality standards are consistently met. The role also involves coaching team members, monitoring performance, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to resolve issues. It is well suited to an organized, service-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based environment and confidently manage competing priorities.

Accountabilities:
- Support Associate Project Managers and Project Managers in the successful delivery of client projects and services, following standardized project management processes and methodologies.
- Gather, organize, and thoroughly document project requirements using established project intake forms and procedures.
- Assist with planning and tracking activities across the eDiscovery lifecycle, including Early Case Assessment, forensic collections, ESI processing, hosting, document review, document production, data archival, and storage.
- Apply detailed quality-control measures to ensure project deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with agreed standards.
- Track time spent on project activities and provide timely reporting and updates to Project Managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project-related communications across emails, meetings, and calls, ensuring important actions and issues are followed through.
- Support document review and incident response teams by troubleshooting common issues and coordinating appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to maintain workflow continuity, resolve operational challenges, and escalate issues when required.
- Perform document processing activities such as TIFF/OCR conversion using appropriate eDiscovery tools and resources.
- Run complex searches, manage search indexes, and create search-term reports to support client requirements.
- Use ticketing and project-management tools such as JIRA to track tasks and support efficient issue resolution.
- Delegate tasks according to team members’ capabilities and monitor delivery against service-level agreements and deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, track performance metrics, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Train team members, identify development needs, and help strengthen technical and operational capabilities across the team.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and relevant updates clearly with Project Managers, leadership, clients, and project teams.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, client services, eDiscovery, legal technology, or a related professional services environment.
- Working knowledge of Relativity and other document review/eDiscovery platforms.
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes and familiarity with the broader project lifecycle is highly valuable.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional written, electronic, and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting professionally with clients, Project Managers, and internal teams.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and commonly used business software applications.
- Experience with ticketing or workflow-management tools such as JIRA is preferred.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a demonstrated commitment to improving client satisfaction.
- Ability to assess priorities, manage competing demands, and adapt quickly when project requirements change.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and escalation skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively, monitor performance, provide feedback, and support team development.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build productive working relationships.
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and national holidays, according to business requirements.
