In this role, youβll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for lateral partner candidates, developing and executing targeted strategies to attract top-tier legal talent. Youβll collaborate closely with firm leadership to understand evolving hiring needs, build and maintain strong relationships with legal professionals, and source candidates through legal networks, referrals, cold outreach, job boards, law school connections, and recruitment databases. Youβll ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback, while maintaining accurate records and recruitment analytics to support data-driven hiring decisions.
You possess deep knowledge of legal market trends, sourcing strategies, and the nuances of the legal industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the firm. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously are key to success in this role.
