Position Summary The IT Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, security, and continuous improvement of Benshaw's global IT environment across our Pittsburgh, PA and Listowel, Ontario facilities. Reporting to the AI Director, this role oversees cybersecurity, ERP systems, infrastructure, cloud technologies, end-user support, and IT vendor relationships while leading a team of IT and ERP professionals.
This leader will partner across the global Amconex organization to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective technology solutions that support manufacturing and business operations.
Location: Benshaw Headquarters, 615 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238
Vendor, contract, and budget management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to support multiple sites across North America.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10–15%).
Preferred
Manufacturing industry experience.
Experience with IFS Cloud, Darktrace, ThreatDown, Mimecast, NinjaOne, StarWind, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with AI technologies, automation, and governance.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks including NIST, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, Security+, Microsoft, or ITIL.
