Your Impact

The Field & Customer Marketing Associate is responsible for the administrative and logistical coordination of the Customer & Global Field Marketing teams. This role serves as a vital support system, focusing on the seamless execution of events, sponsorships, trade shows, and special projects. By managing timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance), and overseeing event logistics, the Associate ensures our brand is represented professionally and strategically across all platforms

What You'll Do

  • Administrative Support: Provides administrative support as needed and assists with assigned special projects.
  • Logistics Administration and Coordination: Helps with the coordination of key administrative items such as maintaining the primary events calendar, shipping, campaign (event) details, registration lists, expenses, design requests, website updates (related to Events), and other details needed for regional, industry and customer events/programs.
  • Customer Program Support: Assist in the development and execution of community-driven programs such as virtual roundtables, user workshops, customer appreciation and advocacy programs. 
  • Event Coordination and Communications: Assists with coordinating event logistics, including shipping, timelines, communications, collateral, invitations, RSVPs, food and beverage, room setup, AV, handouts, off-site/ancillary activities, swag, and branding. 
  • On-Site Event Support: Supports on-site for assigned events; attendee check-in, set-up and tear-down, and liaises with office administration, AV, and facilities crews as needed.
  • Event Management: Manages small events and programs as assigned.

Who You Are

  • 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a sales-support role.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving skills and client service. 
  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong ability to work within and across teams.
  • Willingness and commitment to rolling up sleeves and executing necessary work to bolster team cohesion and success.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize competing needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other project marketing & sales tools (ie. Asana, Salesforce, QuickSite, etc.
