Position Summary:

As a key member of F5’s Compliance team, this role is expected to contribute across all pillars of F5’s compliance program and drive development of our compliance data analytics initiatives.

The position ensures adherence to F5’s Code of Conduct and global compliance standards, supporting risk mitigation and ethical business practices across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead compliance monitoring, testing and periodic review initiatives related to: third party risk; conflicts of interest; gifts, travel and entertainment.  
  • Support development and implementation of F5’s compliance data analytics program.  
  • Support internal investigations, including participating in interviews, document collection and review, analysis of relevant facts, and preparation of factual summaries and findings.
  • Support development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and controls.
  • Manage content development and implementation of compliance training and communication initiatives.  
  • Perform intake of new ethics and compliance matters raised in F5 Ethics Hotline.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Expertise in investigative technique; collection, review, and analysis of evidence; root cause analysis; and eDiscovery tools.
  • Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks, anti-fraud and corruption laws.
  • Proficiency with whistleblower hotlines, case management systems, and third-party due diligence platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies for compliance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal, accounting, or compliance field (JD/LLM or equivalent degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of total compliance experience either at a publicly traded multinational company, at a professional services firm, or at a law firm.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and implementing compliance data analytics programs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Occasional travel (<10%) may be required.
