Provides Tier III administration and engineering support for enterprise messaging and collaboration services in the DHA environment, including eDiscovery support functions as directed. This role ensures mail services, security controls, and discovery processes remain reliable, compliant, and mission-ready.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Manage, maintain, and support the DHA MED365 Exchange Online environment, including administration of mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and mail flow configurations.
- Monitor and resolve Exchange Online service performance and availability to ensure high reliability and uptime.
- Provide Tier III escalation support for Exchange Online–related issues and coordinate with DHA engineers and Microsoft support for unresolved problems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Exchange Online with enterprise systems and support approved migration projects.
- Generate reports on email service performance and maintain detailed documentation of messaging configurations, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
- Manage eDiscovery processes within the DHA MED365 tenant to support litigation, investigations, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform data collection, preservation, processing, review, and production activities while ensuring data integrity and security throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Develop and implement eDiscovery policies and procedures and support legal teams with analysis and production of electronically stored information.
- Manage eDiscovery tools and review platforms and provide training and support to internal stakeholders as required.
- Monitor, identify, and respond to incidents involving data spillage, leakage, or unauthorized exposure, ensuring containment and remediation actions are executed.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to investigate and mitigate phishing attacks and other messaging-related cybersecurity threats.
- Continuously improve eDiscovery processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance posture.
Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline or equivalent practical experience (as permitted by the contract).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise IT environments, with demonstrated work aligned to Tier 3 Level Systems Administration Support Services.
Certifications- At least one: Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC.
- Alternate/equivalent certifications may be accepted with Government approval.
- Preferred/Work-center dependent: Microsoft Certified: Cyber Security Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Security Clearance - Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability and all required system access (e.g., CAC-enabled accounts) to perform duties.
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)- Work is primarily on-site in San Antonio, TX; limited remote work may be allowed when authorized by the Government and mission requirements permit. Work may require after-hours, weekend, and/or on-call support as directed, including support during scheduled maintenance windows, high-impact incidents, vulnerability response actions, inspections, and surge periods.
- This position is aligned to applicable DoD Manual 8140.03 work role 451 (NIST: OM-SA-001); contractor personnel must meet DoD 8570.01-M baseline certification requirements and transition to DoD Manual 8140.03 work role requirements, including required training, knowledge, skills, abilities, and tasks, within Government-directed timelines.
