What You’ll Do

As a Quality Engineering and SRE/DevOps Manager within the Governance, Compliance, & Insights (GCI) and Threat Reporting & Response (TRR) teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and supporting our teams in India and driving multiple projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage, develop, and grow a group of Quality Engineers/SDETs and SRE/DevOps Engineers.
• Foster a strong team identity for QE & SRE/DevOps across multiple scrum squads.
• Drive initiatives to implement our Automation, CI/CD, and Tools strategies and best practices.
• Deliver on priorities based on department goals and roadmap.
• Innovate and champion improvements in QE and CI/CD processes and tools.
• Collaborate with multiple squads to ensure quality in projects and oversee them through to release by working closely with stakeholders.
• Lead the integration of AI technologies to enhance team productivity and drive innovative solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated leadership and technical expertise to effectively guide high-performing engineering teams.
• Considerable domain experience in Quality Engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, automation technologies, and associated tools, with a focus on optimizing them for public cloud.
• Proven experience deploying, scaling, monitoring, and maintaining services within AWS or comparable public cloud environments.
• Proven ability to strategize and plan testing activities for multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Web UIs, RESTful APIs, and backend services (both synchronous and asynchronous) and how to validate them.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills that extend your vision, influence, and impact across the organization.
• A bias for action and problem-solving, demonstrating eagerness to take initiative and make things happen.
• Strong knowledge and experience in AI technologies, including familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and frameworks, enabling the team to leverage AI for enhanced productivity and innovative solutions in software development.
