You will be standing up a new engineering squad in Bengaluru for products our customers depend on every day, in a team where AI is how the work gets done rather than a side experiment. You and your team will be given first-class AI development tooling and the mandate to get genuinely good with it. We treat AI engineering capability as a skill we invest in and measure, and we judge teams on the outcomes they ship and the quality they sustain — not on lines of code written.
