Responsibilities, Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in computer science with overall 6+ years of work experience in the related filed.
- Excellent communication skill.

Microsoft 365 (M365):
- Administer and support M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, AAD connect and other M365 applications.
- Implement and manage M365 security and compliance features, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and other security measures.
- Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations, policies, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of Office 365 environment.
- Knowledge of permissions and licenses in M365.
- Coordinate with Microsoft support to resolve issues and service requests.
Messaging Systems:
- Oversee the administration and support of messaging platforms like Microsoft Exchange and other email systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve email delivery issues, performance problems, and configuration errors.
- Implement and manage email security features, including spam filtering and encryption.
- Take ownership of issues/escalations from the point of contact while collaborating with various other technology teams to assist in discovering solutions.
- Investigate, identify, analyse, troubleshoot, track, and resolve issues/problems and document all work.
- Experience a multitude of issues such as DL creation, Whitelisting in Proofpoint, adding IPs to the approved/blocked senders list in Proofpoint, releasing Bulk-Mail caught in Quarantine, recovering mailboxes in a Soft-Deleted state for a rehire, Exporting PSTs using eDiscovery, setting an OoO reply for a termed user, and many more.
- Assist with all Outlook-related issues, such as connectivity issues, OoO replies, adding a mailbox, calendar sharing, permissions, delegate access, custom DLs, etc.
- Knowledge of tools such as PowerShell, O365 Portal and more.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (βOTEβ) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidateβs relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
