Position Overview
Four Inc. is seeking a qualified Nuix eDiscovery Support Technician to provide day-to-day consulting support across the full eDiscovery lifecycle. This role supports front-end and back-end Nuix platform operations, ensuring critical application and platform services remain available, optimized, and aligned with industry best practices.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Nuix Workstation and Discover, strong customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot platform issues, train end users, and support case teams through all phases of eDiscovery processing and production.
This position currently follows a remote work schedule, with occasional in-office days at Four Inc.’s headquarters in Herndon, Virginia as needed. Furthermore, client site visits in Washington, D.C. may be required.
Essential Functions

Provide day-to-day assistance with all aspects of utilizing Nuix products, including but not limited to front-end eDiscovery (e.g., case setup, customer service, ingestions, functions of the web portal, productions, importing/exporting load files), ensuring critical application and platform services are running and available, training users, back-end processes (e.g., troubleshooting licenses and service issues), optimization, and best practices.

Provide customer service regarding Nuix products to the eDiscovery team and end users.

Fully utilize the capabilities of the Nuix products (e.g., Computer Assisted Review/Technology Assisted Review) in accordance with industry best practices.

Assist with operations and maintenance of the Nuix platform as needed.

Assist with the resolution of issues, including reach-back to Nuix for resolution when needed.

Create or provide all appropriate documentation as needed.

Provide product use consulting or training as needed by the Government on platform features and enhancements.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, or 5+ years of eDiscovery experience in lieu of a degree.

Trained, authorized, and certified in Nuix Workstation and Discover within 3 months of hire.

Experience with Nuix platforms, capabilities, workflows, and troubleshooting.

Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills.

Experienced in identifying and clarifying clients’ business and technical requirements in a clear and logical manner.

Strong interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high-quality output while meeting deadlines.

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple time zones.

Capability to manage competing priorities.

Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Notepad++ (or a similar advanced editor).

Must be Top Secret (TS) eligible.

Must possess a DoD-approved 8570 baseline certification, IAT Level 2 or higher, within 3 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications

Design experience with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar Elastic-based tools.
Physical Requirements
The work is generally sedentary and performed in an office or remote setting; however, some travel to government or partner sites may be required. The position may require:

Visual acuity to view computer screens, read technical documents, and perform data analysis and data entry
