eDiscovery Specialist (Relativity / Disco / Law)

MyOutDesk is looking for a skilled eDiscovery Specialist with expertise in Relativity, DISCO, and LAW to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing eDiscovery processes, ensuring that data is accurately collected, processed, and reviewed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with legal teams to provide support and technical guidance throughout various stages of eDiscovery, leveraging your knowledge of the latest tools and best practices in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
• Utilize Relativity, DISCO, and LAW tools for effective data management and analysis.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to define project specifications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Perform quality control checks to validate the accuracy and completeness of processed data.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to eDiscovery tools and processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on eDiscovery best practices and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in eDiscovery technologies and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery, with a strong working knowledge of Relativity, DISCO, and LAW.
• Proficient in supervising the data lifecycle from collection through to production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and legal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with legal standards and compliance issues related to eDiscovery is essential.
