Role overview

We are looking for an eDiscovery Specialist to join the Global Digital Forensics team, playing a key role in protecting Haleon’s corporate assets and supporting cybersecurity, legal, and investigative activities worldwide.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, including the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation, regulatory, and internal investigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or cyber investigations to contribute to a global, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end eDiscovery process, including data collection, processing, review. and production of ESI.

  • Collaborate with legal counsel to develop and implement eDiscovery strategies.

  • Identify and preserve relevant data sources in response to litigation, investigations or regulatory requests.

  • Process and load data into eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Exterro, OpenText eDiscovery).

  • Perform data culling, filtering and deduplication to reduce review volumes.

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and defensibility of productions.

  • Maintain chain of custody documentation and ensure compliance with legal standards.

  • Assist with document review workflows, including keyword searches and analytics.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to data processing and review tools.

  • Develop automation of data collections and processing to drive efficiencies.

Your profile

Required

  • 3+ years of experience delivering eDiscovery services, with exposure to cybersecurity and investigative activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of one year of experience working in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or litigation support.

  • Familiarity with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Exterro, OpenText eDiscovery, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Purview would be advantageous.

  • Experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or consultancy environment.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

  • Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).

  • Knowledge of data formats, databases, and file systems.

  • Attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, sharing workload and responsibilities.

Preferred

  • Industry certifications (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator, CEDS, or similar).

  • Experience working with law enforcement agencies or legal teams.

  • Certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCDA, GSOC, or GCIH.

PLN 245 668,00 - PLN 337 793,50 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
