eDiscovery Project Manager | Technical Lead (Relativity / DISCO / LAW)

MyOutDesk is HIRING for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager | Technical Lead specializing in Relativity, DISCO, and LAW to join our growing team. This pivotal role is designed for a candidate who possesses a strong background in eDiscovery processes and project management, ensuring the successful execution of legal technology projects. You will leverage your expertise to manage all aspects of eDiscovery projects, from initial scope definition and planning through to execution and delivery. Your experience with various eDiscovery tools, particularly Relativity and DISCO, will enable you to provide technical leadership, support the operational team, and liaise with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee eDiscovery projects and provide end-to-end management, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project specifications and updates.
• Collaborate closely with legal teams to define project scopes, requirements, and objectives.
• Utilize Relativity, DISCO, and LAW for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and training to junior team members and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and devise strategies for mitigation throughout the project.

• 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management or relevant roles within a legal context.
• Strong proficiency in eDiscovery tools, particularly Relativity, DISCO, and LAW.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with strong client-facing capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience in leading technical teams and providing mentorship.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and the eDiscovery lifecycle.
