Accountabilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing projects throughout the full eDiscovery lifecycle from kickoff to case closeout.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication, proactive status updates, and effective solution delivery.
- Design, implement, and manage review workflows, database configurations, and data management processes.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for early case assessment, document review, production, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Lead client training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, optimize service delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate client feedback and feature requests to internal teams to support ongoing product and service enhancements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management within a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal services provider.
- Strong hands-on experience with industry-standard eDiscovery platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness.
- Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve technical and workflow challenges.
- Client-centric mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, evolving environments.
- Preferred experience in consulting, litigation support, and data collection or processing tools.
