Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end data migration initiatives. This role requires robust people management skills, process optimization, and workflow enhancement to ensure seamless data transitions. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and controlling data migration activities such as data mapping, testing, and transferring data from legacy applications and third-party repositories. The Project Manager must ensure data preparation and hygiene practices are in place to protect sensitive metadata and files, including PII, PHI, and FTI.

The position involves managing the preparation, generation, and migration of active and archival volumes of data, ensuring the preservation of all legacy application work products. The Project Manager will oversee the migration of historical structured and unstructured data into RelativityOne, encompassing configuration, planning, testing, execution, and validation, with required approvals from stakeholders.

Additionally, the role demands stringent control over data security, ensuring all sensitive data is encrypted both at rest and in transit, and implementing multifactor authentication for end-user access.

The Project Manager will develop and present a comprehensive migration plan with integrated QA/QC measures, coordinate and schedule outages impacting litigation technology operations, and proactively identify, track, and remediate any migration errors or anomalies.

Qualifications:

Required:
            At least five years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major e-discovery/litigation support projects, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
            Demonstrated experience working in RelativityOne and Relativity Server
            Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing and eDiscovery support activities.
            Requires expert knowledge of litigation support; outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills.
            Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing those needs.
            Requires knowledge of the Government's data processing environment where the work is performed, including PC-based and virtual environments.
            Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information (ESI) tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required.
            Should be an expert user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware and document review platforms.
            Undergraduate degree required.  Law degree, advanced technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred.
            Substantial significant experience may in some cases be substituted for degree requirement.
            Relativity Certified Administrator required.

Desired:
            Certification(s) in Relativity, ACEDS, and other eDiscovery related technical certifications.
            Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional, can-do attitude.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
