The Director, GTM Analytics will be a critical leader responsible for creating a data-driven culture and providing a holistic, standardized view of company performance at Everlaw. This role will move the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization beyond reactive reporting and ad-hoc analysis to proactive, scalable insights that drive better decision-making across the entire business lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling an analytics function and is capable of building a vision for data and business intelligence. This person will be essential for building a unified data foundation, which will establish a "Single Source of Truth," enable scalable reporting, unlock deeper insights, and support cross-functional collaboration.

This role will report up to our VP, GTM Strategy & Operations and be a central hub, working closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Data Science, and Enterprise Systems to ensure data needs are met across the organization. You’ll act as a strategic partner to these teams, understanding their data needs and delivering tailored reporting solutions.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

In your role, you'll...

  • Establish and maintain a GTM data dictionary to standardize key business metrics and create a single source of truth for reporting.
  • Partner with Data Science, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Enterprise Systems to ensure data integrity and create a robust data foundation for all business reporting.
  • Develop and champion a long-term vision for the GTM Analytics function, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the GTM function to express enterprise system architecture analytics requirements for scalable company growth.
  • Manage a team of GTM analysts that will design, build, and maintain on-demand dashboards and reports that provide a holistic view of business performance across the full lifecycle—from pipeline to post-sales.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on key business drivers, including pipeline management, sales conversion, customer adoption, and success metrics, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business optimization and growth through data analysis and modeling.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling recommendations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, AI applicability, and emerging technologies in the analytics space to drive continuous improvement.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar quantitative role, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling an analytics function that has directly impacted business outcomes.
  • Proficient in data manipulation and reporting, with expertise in SQL and experience using popular BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI..
  • Strong understanding of key business metrics related to the full B2B revenue lifecycle (e.g., pipeline, bookings, ARR, conversion rates, customer retention).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.

  • The expected salary range for this role is between $213,000 and $269,000. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
