What you’ll do: 

• Direct and oversee complex forensic investigations and eDiscovery engagements, setting quality standards and ensuring delivery excellence 

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing forensic and eDiscovery teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation 

• Identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to grow the eDiscovery and forensics practice 

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on complex matters 

• Provide senior-level consulting on eDiscovery strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance across the entire discovery lifecycle 

• Oversee forensic acquisition and analysis of electronic evidence from computers, servers, cloud, and mobile devices 

• Provide technical guidance on in-depth forensic analysis, data recovery, and normalisation of data for investigators and legal counsel 

What we’re looking for: 

• Strong experience in eDiscovery with deep knowledge of the complete eDiscovery lifecycle and industry best practices 

• Proven expertise with multiple forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, Cellebrite, Magnet Axiom, Nuix, RelativityOne) 

• Demonstrated ability to forensically obtain data whilst maintaining evidential integrity and compliance requirements 

• Client relationship management and consulting experience, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 

• Track record of leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in forensics or eDiscovery environments 

• Exceptional analytical and technical aptitude with strategic business acumen 

• Proven ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities and drive practice growth 

• Strong desire to mentor others and share knowledge across the organisation 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings clearly and compellingly to senior audiences
