What you’ll do:
Direct and oversee complex forensic investigations and eDiscovery engagements, setting quality standards and ensuring delivery excellence
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing forensic and eDiscovery teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to grow the eDiscovery and forensics practice
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on complex matters
Provide senior-level consulting on eDiscovery strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance across the entire discovery lifecycle
Oversee forensic acquisition and analysis of electronic evidence from computers, servers, cloud, and mobile devices
Provide technical guidance on in-depth forensic analysis, data recovery, and normalisation of data for investigators and legal counsel
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in eDiscovery with deep knowledge of the complete eDiscovery lifecycle and industry best practices
Proven expertise with multiple forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, Cellebrite, Magnet Axiom, Nuix, RelativityOne)
Demonstrated ability to forensically obtain data whilst maintaining evidential integrity and compliance requirements
Client relationship management and consulting experience, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Track record of leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in forensics or eDiscovery environments
Exceptional analytical and technical aptitude with strategic business acumen
Proven ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities and drive practice growth
Strong desire to mentor others and share knowledge across the organisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings clearly and compellingly to senior audiences
