Requirements:
Design, configure, and support PingAM for authentication and authorization flows
Manage and optimize PingDirectory (PingDS) for identity data storage and queries
Implement and support identity lifecycle management using Ping IDM
Configure user provisioning, access policies, and integrations with enterprise applications
Troubleshoot IAM issues across authentication, directory, and provisioning layers
Support testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live activities
Maintain technical documentation and follow IAM security best practices
Provide guidance and review work done by junior team members
Participate in client workshops, design walkthroughs, and solution reviews
Provide status updates and support issue resolution in client-facing environments
Own delivery of IAM components while ensuring security, quality, and timelines
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
3 - 6 years of experience in IAM, security engineering, or identity solutions
Prior experience in client‑facing delivery or consulting environments is a strong plus

As a Senior Associate you will lead delivery efforts, mentor junior team members, and build sturdy client relationships while navigating complex identity management challenges. This position provides a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge in identity solutions and contribute to significant projects.

What You Must Have
