The Opportunity

As a Data Governance & Data Engineer - Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of solving our clients' most critical business and data protection challenges within our Cybersecurity practice. You will drive strategic programs, data analytics, and technical implementation activities, collaborating with top professionals in Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Forensics. Your role will involve assisting organizations in managing vast amounts of electronic data and navigating legal and business processes demanded by critical events such as litigation and regulatory requests.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, providing insights and solutions that address their needs before they even realize them. Your ability to build trust through open and honest conversations will be crucial in developing high-performing teams and navigating the complexities of global engagements.

In this role at PwC, you will focus on implementing governance controls to mitigate information risk and maximize the exploitation of information assets. Your commitment to excellence and strategic advising will contribute significantly to the success of our firm and our clients.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic programs and initiatives in cybersecurity, privacy, and forensics to address critical business and data protection challenges
- Driving the implementation of data governance controls to mitigate information risk and maximize the value of information assets
- Managing complex data analytics projects, utilizing Azure Data Factory and other advanced tools to enhance data management and analysis
- Collaborating with clients to develop and execute cybersecurity governance strategies, confirming alignment with industry standards
- Overseeing the development of data architecture and data flow mapping to support organizational objectives
- Guiding teams in the creation and maintenance of security frameworks and incident response plans
- Advising stakeholders on technical issues related to information security and privacy, providing insights for informed decision-making
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients and industry professionals to foster trust and collaboration
- Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving approaches
- Validating data integrity and security compliance within analytics frameworks to support business objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Project/Technology Management, Science
- Developing specialized expertise in data governance and engineering
- Navigating complexities of global teams and engagements
- Utilizing Azure Data Factory for data architecture development
- Advising stakeholders on technical issues in cybersecurity
- Building trust through open and honest conversations
- Initiating coaching conversations at all levels

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
