Your overall task is to ensure that our customers derive maximum value from our products and services in Digital Forensics. As a bonus you will contribute to create a safer world.

Your Mission

As our Customer Success Manager you will be located in Stockholm focusing on France and some of our clients in Southern Europe. The role is mainly operational and administrative within customer success. Your mission is to support our clients with strong emphasis on

-          - Renewal management

-          - Smooth customer onboarding

-          - CRM updates

-          - Reporting and structured follow up

You will do this in close collaboration with Area Sales Managers creating customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. We want to benefit from your communication skills as well as your ability to learn and translate technical topics into clear business value for customers.

If you also enjoy taking responsibility and work independently and have insights in the strength in collaboration - then we want to have a talk with you.

You will work from our Stockholm office. You are fluent in French and English both orally and in writing. Additional languages such as Italian, German, Polish, Dutch or Turkish is a great advantage.
