Overview

IST Management is seeking energetic & dynamic individuals with a passion to serve others to join our team as Full Time Customer Support Associates.  This position will consist of performing conference room services, hospitality, and supply ordering and stocking the kitchen areas.  They will also perform light Audio/Video set ups and various mail related tasks, shipping & receiving, document printing and front desk reception services within a corporate working environment.  The ideal candidate must be detail oriented & process driven with a background & focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career!

Hourly Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 USD per hourly, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday  8:30am - 5:30pm   

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

The Customer Support Associates will perform hospitality and conference room set ups and mail related tasks, shipping & receiving, document printing, conference services,  and front desk reception services.  Additional responsibilities include:

  • Setup Conference Rooms for meetings and maintain site common areas, including kitchen/break-rooms to ensure areas are cleaned (ie-unload/load dishwasher, setup water and coffee for meetings, etc)
  • Light Audio/Video set ups and trouble shooting
  • Operating mail, copy and duplicating print equipment
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Reception coverages as needed - smiling and greeting clients & visitors, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
  • Adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from site supervisor/manager

 

Qualifications

Candidates for the Full-Time Customer Support Associate will need to have a professional demeanor and customer driven with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.  Other qualifications include:

  • A valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Lifting up 50 lbs with aid
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
