About the Role:

The Corporate Paralegal plays a critical role in supporting the administration of Stretto’s legal department. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements, overseeing document management (CLM) systems, and facilitating smooth corporate communications and transactions. The Corporate Paralegal acts as a liaison between in-house attorneys, internal teams, and external stakeholders to provide timely and accurate legal support to drive business objectives.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in paralegal studies (e.g., NALA, NFPA).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably within professional services or software industries.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in document preparation, review, and management, legal research, and e-discovery, with particular training and experience using artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage a wide range of corporate documents including professional services agreements, software licensing agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, board minutes and resolutions, and corporate filings.
  • Coordinate and support corporate governance activities such as board meetings, and compliance reporting.
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence to support corporate transactions.
  • Maintain and organize corporate records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel to ensure timely resolution of legal issues and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The annual salary for this role is currently $60,000.00-$100,000.00. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members. The salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, at the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
