We are seeking an experienced Corporate Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role will provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling a wide range of matters, including employment, business, and contract litigation; regulatory and corporate matters and investigations; risk management, and payor contract management.
This role also provides dedicated support on employment-related matters, including employee disputes, administrative agency claims, and internal investigations, in partnership with HR and legal leadership. The paralegal will assist in managing employment litigation risk and ensuring compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.
