Accountabilities:

As the Corporate Legal Technology Consulting Manager, you will oversee multiple client engagements while driving operational excellence and team development:

  • Lead system implementation projects, managing schedules, budgets, issue tracking, and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops with legal and IT stakeholders to map current-state workflows, gather requirements, and design future-state processes.
  • Advise on eDiscovery best practices, translating business needs into practical technology-enabled solutions.
  • Develop solution documentation, workflow diagrams, test scenarios, standard operating procedures, and other project deliverables.
  • Create and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Partner with clients to design training materials and deliver end-user instruction in coordination with technology providers.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, providing guidance, escalation support, and building trusted advisor relationships.
  • Mentor junior team members, enhance methodologies, and contribute to team growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in business development, proposal creation, and thought leadership opportunities to support the growth of the practice.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings a combination of legal technology expertise, consulting experience, and strong client management skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in legal consulting or eDiscovery services, with client-facing advisory responsibilities.
  • Proven experience leading eDiscovery technology implementations or serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Hands-on familiarity with systems such as Exterro, Relativity Legal Hold, M365 Purview, DISCO, Nuix, Reveal, Mitratech LegalHold, OpenText, or similar platforms.
  • Experience conducting eDiscovery assessments, implementing platforms, designing team structures, and producing operational documentation.
  • Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), and common legal operations workflows.
  • Ability to manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Aptitude and interest in leveraging AI-enabled solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills, capable of building trusted client relationships.
  • Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Permanent US work authorization required.
