REQUIREMENTS:
· 5+ years’ experience in eDiscovery field and leveraging core project management skills
· Must be able to work flexible shift to accommodate and overlap with US Mountain hours.
· Working knowledge of EDRM lifecycle – understanding legal holds through productions out of Relativity.
· Prior experience managing and conducting data collections and/or digital forensics projects or in executing collection and forensics tasks, strongly preferred.
· Technical knowledge and ability to understand preservation solutions and customer requirements from both functional and technical angles.
· Significant hands-on experience with Access Data FTK, Microsoft Office 365/Purview, and Relativity.
· Experience with Internal Risk Management (IRM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) principles.
· Displays high degree of comfort and competence working in a client-facing environment and effectually addressing needs of clients.
· Ability to complete forensic activities and delivering quality work product in accordance with established timelines.
· Leading project scoping calls and developing comprehensive collection and project plans in accordance with best practices and adjusting as needed throughout lifecycle of request.
· Strong communication skills to provide complex information in an easy-to-understand format to external stakeholders and internal teams.
· Competence in explaining and relaying technical information to non-technical clients and internal teams.
· Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication, to foster team building and collaboration.
· Proven ability to consult on technical solutions and integrate multiple disciplines into an optimized delivery structure.
· Travel to client sites required.
· JD/LLB or equivalent or Project Management Institute, BTECH, MCA, Digital Forensics Degree, Project Management Professional (PMP) ® is preferred, but not required.
