Making a difference with reliable and user-friendly digital workplace services
The ING tribe Workplace Services and Employee Experience is responsible for the digital workplace of all 60.000+ global ING employees. We ensure that our colleagues can work simply and safely with any device, wherever they are in the hybrid world. We deliver services that are vital to ING’s business operations, so when working for our team, you can make a tremendous impact! Are you up for it?

We provide hardware (such as laptops & mobile solutions and video conferencing tools) and a large variety of business productivity software, including collaboration services such as Teams, SharePoint and Outlook. We also provide the infrastructure and 3rd line support for these services. WPS has standardised on SaaS (cloud) services and ING was one of the first financial institutions that fully committed to a truly Modern Workplace based on Microsoft 365.

Are you ready to shape the future of modern workplace technology? For our team in Amsterdam we are looking for a visionary Chief Product Owner to lead the definition and prioritization of various components of our Employee Productivity & Collaboration services with a strong focus on risk and security, employee experience, and operations at scale.

As Chief Product Owner your key focus will be on the generic Microsoft 365 Platform, including Copilot, and on Messaging services (including Exchange Online) ensuring a seamless, secure, and scalable employee experience for our workforce. You’ll also own the product vision and backlog of our M365 Automation team, ensuring stable deployments focusing on provisioning, employee self service, desired state, and reporting in an integrated, secure and future-proof manner.
