Responsibility Statements

• Provides advanced level support to attorneys over email and phone on Relativity and other review platforms.
• Troubleshoots medium to complex level application, data issues, search, and production requests.
• Performs any other first-level tasks assigned by the manager.
• Escalates high risk, complex or problematic issues to the manager.
• Achieves productivity and quality targets set on a quarterly basis.
• Communicates effectively with counterparts and clients in different geographical locations.
• Possesses knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Relativity, Viewpoint or Omnix.
• Acquires knowledge of the e-discovery process.
• Possesses some experience working as part of a team and is a good team player.
• Logs accurate time entries on multiple time tracking tools.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
