What’s unique about this role?

The Associate Relativity Infrastructure Engineer AP supports the administration and maintenance of on-premises Relativity Server instances and RelativityOne environments. This role works closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure performance, stability, monitoring, and security of the Relativity platforms.

The Associate Engineer assists in troubleshooting production issues, implementing patches, supporting integrations, and maintaining operational documentation. This position provides hands-on technical support while developing deeper expertise in Relativity infrastructure.

What will this person do?

• Support Lighthouse’s Relativity environments with focus on monitoring, stability, performance, and security.
• Assist in implementing infrastructure changes through established change management processes.
• Respond to incidents and service requests following the incident management process.
• Support Root Cause Analysis activities for production issues.
• Assist in implementing Relativity security best practices.
• Analyze, install, and test Relativity patches under guidance from senior engineers.
• Coordinate with Relativity Support and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support integrations with tools such as Nuix, Brainspace, and other eDiscovery platforms.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
• Basic to intermediate experience with:
• Windows Server
• Microsoft SQL Server
• IIS Web Servers
• Active Directory
• Virtualization or Cloud environments
• Working knowledge of Relativity infrastructure concepts.
•  Familiarity with SQL queries and basic PowerShell scripting preferred.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (Relativity Infrastructure Specialist preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of Computer Helpdesk/Application Support or relevant IT experience 
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting hosted Relativity platforms.
• BS or BA degree in related field or commensurate work experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
• Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
• Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
