This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Project Manager, Client Services in the United States.

The Associate Project Manager, Client Services will collaborate with project teams and clients to implement and manage litigation support tasks from initiation to completion. In this role, you will coordinate across multiple operational teams to ensure work aligns with client requirements and deadlines, translating client requests into actionable instructions. You will gain hands-on experience in project workflows, scheduling, and stakeholder communication while supporting senior project managers in project execution, reporting, and closure. This position offers the opportunity to develop project management expertise in a dynamic, client-focused environment that values collaboration, growth, and process improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Support project management activities across litigation support initiatives, including workflow coordination and task assignments.
  • Create, review, and manage work orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of client deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, expectations, and deadlines to internal teams and external clients.
  • Assist in project kick-offs, documentation of standards, and closure tasks such as final billing and data management.
  • Track progress across multiple operational departments and provide updates to senior project managers.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications regarding project deliverables under supervision.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support various ad hoc project-related tasks as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or JD a plus.
  • Prior project management experience; PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Experience in eDiscovery or legal operations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and aptitude for anticipating client needs.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and priorities.
  • Ability to build positive professional relationships internally and externally.
