LG Chem is currently seeking an Associate General Counsel - Corporate & Commercial (Americas) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Under supervision of the Chief Legal Counsel, Americas, the AGC, Americas, will provide legal support for operations of the Company in the Americas region (including subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, & Columbia), by serving as a senior legal partner to business leaders across the Americas region. This role provides pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across a broad range of matters – including commercial transactions, corporate governance, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. The AGC, Americas, will manage outside counsel, support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the further development and continuous improvement of legal operations for the company. This position is based in our corporate office in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA, and is not remote.
