Responsibilities |
Assisting in organizing and maintaining Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and other litigation documents to ensure best practices and compliance with requirements of the Client.
Perform platform discovery and corresponding searches on the identified data in the ediscovery platforms.
Advise on the best practices, processes and procedures for the processing, culling in robust processing platform Nuix and migration of ESI into eDiscovery review platform Relativity.
Monitor the eDiscovery and delivery processes and advice on potential issues and solutions.
Will be assisting in all the technical needs and support required by Client within the capabilities of Nuix and Relativity platforms.
Provide Relativity consulting services (relativity administration capability) and assist the Client’s lawyers, attorneys and paralegals in their ESI review process.
Individuals will assist in defining the problem and understanding requirements/client's need. They will also assist in analyzing and identifying a solution. The individuals will use forensic technology and electronic discovery tools and technology to process email and other electronic media, with the goal of developing actionable insights for our clients and to present these findings to KPMG and/or client contacts.
Liaise with both internal to eDiscovery and external team’s subject matter experts to identify optimum processes for the processing and delivery of ESI.
Identify inconsistencies and / or gaps in the processes or procedures in ESI identification, collection, processing, hosting or delivery and to offer technical solutions to those issues.
Act as the lead technical liaison between case/engagement managers and Legal teams to provide expert technical knowledge regarding eDiscovery processes with a specialized knowledge of managing ESI.
Ensure the custodian’s electronically stored information (ESI) follows the defined eDiscovery process.
Resolution of issues impacting the readability of ESI provided to review platforms (predominantly Relativity).
Manages the delivery of services in support of the Client’s business operations, ensuring services are delivered effectively and on time.
Manages escalations by working with Client Services and other Service Operations Specialists to accurately resolve escalated issues quickly.

B.E. / B. Tech and Masters (preferably in computer science or MCA) from a reputed University.
