Role Overview :

The Associate – Finance OTC will support end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including billing, contract management, and issue resolution. The role ensures accurate and timely invoicing, adherence to SLAs, and supports overall revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing activities and ensure timely and accurate invoice generation
• Maintain and update contract terms, pricing, and engagement details in the system
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy across templates and billing setups
• Handle invoice-related queries, rejections, and corrections
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, and Business teams)
• Track and resolve system or process-related issues and escalate when required
• Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and internal controls
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for all activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in Finance Operations / OTC / Billing
• Good understanding of Order to Cash processes
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic knowledge of tools/systems (ERP, Excel, or similar platforms)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in shifts and manage deadlines
