  • Coordinate with the eDiscovery Services team to track incoming requests, provide departmental metrics, and ensure proper case lifecycle management

  • Maintain strong relationships with legal, investigation, compliance and other stakeholders while supporting their eDiscovery requests

  • Execute collection, processing, and exporting activities on eDiscovery Services’ platforms

  • Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders on eDiscovery processes and platform capabilities, including training and troubleshooting

  • Assist with additional departmental administrative tasks, including periodic reporting and coordinating case archiving outreach.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant designation (e.g., Paralegal, Law Clerk)

  • Experience with project management and stakeholder support

  • Experience working with databases

  • Collaborative work style with commitment to delivering results in a detail-oriented, client-focused, time-pressured environment

  • Ability to re-align priorities effectively as requirements shift

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-have

  • 1–2 years of experience in eDiscovery, legal operations, or case management roles

  • Familiarity with eDiscovery processes, procedures, and technology

  • Experience coordinating, managing, and prioritizing requests and demands from multiple sources

  • Familiarity with RBC’s processes, systems, and organizational structure

  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in a related field
