Job Summary:

Consilio is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Vertical Account Analyst to support a portfolio of accounts by helping influence and execute account plans, maintaining accurate client and opportunity information, and identifying qualified growth opportunities. This role coordinates day-to-day delivery alignment and client communication, enabling strong account coverage, retention, and expansion. The Vertical Account Analyst also contributes to internal account management (AM) community rhythms and best-practice sharing to strengthen repeatable ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Support account planning and execution for an assigned portfolio; track actions, owners, and follow-through.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, hygiene, and reporting to ensure reliable visibility into account activity, pipeline, and outcomes.
  • Identify, document, and help qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; surface insights to account owners and partners.
  • Coordinate delivery alignment and client communication across stakeholders to support smooth execution and responsiveness.
  • Prepare for and support governance touchpoints including Account Reviews and QBRs (agenda support, materials, notes, and action tracking).
  • Contribute to internal AM community participation and best-practice sharing; capture reusable assets, templates, and learnings.
  • Escalate strategic issues and risks as appropriate; execute within defined scope and guidance.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

· 2–5 years of experience in client services, sales support, account support, or delivery coordination.

· Demonstrated strength in organization, prioritization, and clear written and verbal communication.

 

Other Requirements:

· Relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and with client stakeholders.

· Ability to spot opportunities and connect signals across account activity, service delivery, and client needs.

· Strong time management and attention to detail; dependable follow-through on action tracking and reporting.

· Comfort operating in defined governance rhythms (Account Reviews, QBRs) and escalating strategic issues when needed.

 

 

Working Conditions:

Full-time position in-person at one of Consilio’s offices in India or South Africa
