YOUR MISSION
Lead customers on an AI-first, security-first cloud journey by designing, presenting, validating, and delivering end-to-end solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Azure, and complementary security platforms. Acting as a trusted advisor, you translate business objectives into secure, scalable, and resilient architectures that enable Copilot and AI-driven innovation, while ensuring strong governance, privacy, compliance, and security operations.
Your mission is to architect and implement comprehensive product security solutions by leveraging industry-leading platforms such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, Sophos, and Palo Alto Networks, integrated seamlessly with Microsoft Security. In parallel, you design secure AI usage architectures that enable customers to adopt multi-model AI approaches—combining different AI models and platforms—under clear governance, access controls, and data protection guardrails. This ensures customers can safely and confidently use AI across workloads while addressing evolving cybersecurity challenges and delivering robust, end-to-end protection for organizations, applications, data, and users at every level.
This is a high-impact role for an all-round Microsoft expert who can bridge strategy to execution: from discovery and roadmap design, to proof-of-concept, migration, implementation, and operational handover. You will help customers accelerate productivity and innovation with AI, while protecting identities, data, applications, and infrastructure end-to-end.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. AI‑First & Security‑First Cloud Strategy (Customer Journey)
- Co‑create and drive the customer cloud journey with an AI‑first, security‑first mindset, covering Copilot readiness, AI use cases, and data and identity readiness.
- Define an AI adoption roadmap that translates business objectives into secure, governed, and scalable AI usage across the organization.
- Apply the Cloud Adoption Framework and security‑by‑design principles to develop repeatable transformation playbooks.
- Design target architectures, landing zones, and governance models that are AI‑ready, compliant, and capable of supporting Microsoft Cloud, complementary security platforms, and multi‑model AI adoption.
2. Architect, Validate, and Deliver Solutions (End‑to‑End Execution)
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, and complementary security platforms, aligned with business processes and risk posture.
- Conduct assessments, hypothesis‑driven analysis, and hands‑on proof‑of‑concepts across Copilot / AI, security controls, data protection, and product security.
- Plan and execute migration, implementation, and adoption enablement, ensuring secure deployment and smooth organizational change.
- Establish operational readiness, including monitoring, incident response, tuning, and continuous improvement.
3. Security‑by‑Design, Product Security & Secure AI Governance
- Design and implement a Zero Trust security architecture spanning identity, endpoint, data, application, and infrastructure.
- Implement data protection and compliance controls, such as sensitivity labeling, DLP, eDiscovery, retention, and insider risk (as applicable).
- Architect and integrate product security solutions—including CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, Sophos, and Palo Alto Networks—working seamlessly with Microsoft Security.
- Design secure AI governance frameworks that enable customers to adopt multi‑model AI usage safely, through clear access controls, data protection, secure‑by‑default configurations, and guardrails for responsible AI.
4. Pre‑sales Excellence & Trusted Advisor Leadership
- Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, and executive‑level presentations, articulating clear business outcomes and value.
- Produce high‑quality deliverables, including solution designs, HLD/LLD, Statements of Work, runbooks, and adoption plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor and solution owner, collaborating with internal teams, Microsoft, and ecosystem partners to drive go‑to‑market success.
5. Project Leadership, Enablement & Knowledge Development
- Lead implementation programs from execution through operational handover, managing resources, timelines, milestones, and risks.
- Coach and mentor sales, engineering, and support teams on AI, cloud, and security solutioning, positioning, and delivery best practices.
- Contribute to reusable assets, including templates, reference architectures, demo kits, and internal playbooks, to scale capability across the organization.
