Supports the Firm's Artificial Intelligence strategy by partnering with the AI Solutions Manager to drive adoption, integration, and effective use of Firm AI tools and technologies across legal service delivery and practice management functions. Provides frontline adoption support, coordinates closely with Learning and Development on AI training, and assists with administrative and reporting activities for the AI Solutions Group. Plays a key role in translating AI capabilities and use case examples into compelling communications, training content, and resources that inform and engage attorneys and professional staff across the Firm. Owns the AI Solutions SharePoint site, ensuring it is a current, well-organized, and accessible resource hub.
Provide deskside or virtual individual/team coaching, troubleshooting, and day-to-day adoption support for Firm AI tools and technologies to attorneys and legal professionals. Promotes and supports effective use, best practices and measurable efficiency gains aligned with evolving practice needs, day-to-day workflows and advancements in AI.
Design, develop, and maintain AI training programs and materials, including awareness communications, best practice guidance, onboarding curricula, adoption issues, user guides, workflows, demonstration videos, and resource libraries based on feedback, usage patterns, and client and Practice Group requirements. Continuously refine content based on feedback, usage patterns, and client and legal team requirements.
In coordination with Learning and Development, design, deliver and develop presenters to teach firmwide training programs for attorneys and professional staff focused on the use of AI tools, workflows and technologies aligned to strategic objectives. Assist with AI pilots and rollouts.
Create AI tool demonstrations, scenario-based walkthroughs, and end-to-end workflow examples; develop and maintain reusable templates, workflow guidance, and prompt sets to promote consistent, effective, and high-quality AI outcomes. Develop and produce creative, audience-appropriate communications and marketing content that translates AI use cases, adoption wins, and tool capabilities into clear, engaging narratives for attorneys and professional staff. Content may include newsletters, announcements, quick-reference cards, intranet posts, and presentations tailored for a variety of practice groups and audiences.

Own and manage the AI Solutions SharePoint site: design and maintain site architecture, create and update pages, curate and publish content (training materials, use case spotlights, FAQs, tool guides, policy resources), and ensure information is accurate, current, and easy to navigate. Track site engagement metrics and use insights to drive content improvements.
In coordination with the AI Solutions Manager, serve as a liaison with attorneys, practice teams, IT, and Firm administrative groups to identify and champion high value AI use cases and embed AI capabilities into routine matter workflows, eDiscovery offerings, and administrative processes.
Support the integration of Firm AI tools and technologies with existing practice support platforms (e.g., case and matter systems, document review, litigation support, eDiscovery and knowledge resources) and IT offerings by documenting requirements, analyzing usage trends, testing configurations, and capturing user feedback for continuous improvement.
Serve as a point of coordination for client AI surveys and other information requests.
Maintain current knowledge of AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices relevant to legal practice efficiency; including monitoring peer firm adoption to inform ongoing enhancement of Firm AI capabilities.
Assist with the evaluation of new AI tools and platforms, assessing their potential to further enhance Firm legal practice operations and service delivery.
Manage the Firms internal AI collaboration site and related content.
Provide administrative support for key AI Solutions activities, including maintaining current AI content on the Firm's intranet and coordinating responses to client AI surveys and questionnaires; supporting marketing with AI-related business development content; and assisting with adoption and performance reporting.
With all assigned duties, ensure all AI- related activities are conducted in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory and ethical standards and obligations, client requirements, and in compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
Keep supervisor informed of progress, issues, potential problems and risks; seek guidance as appropriate.
