The Boston office of a regional law firm seeks an Administrative Support Assistant. This is an administrative position in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are both important. Must be professional, well-organized, detail-oriented, customer service focused, have professional oral and written communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple assignments, and work well under pressure with a “can do” and positive attitude. The position will be responsible for administrative tasks, which may include expense reports, time entry into a database, mailings, saving documents to our document management system, processing mail, and other duties as assigned.
Candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows, as well as being adept at learning new systems. Recent college graduates with office environment experience preferred.
At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
Salary/ Wage Range - $48,000-55,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based raises and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans and paid time off.
