A successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. A Day in the Life
The Administrative Support Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and business professionals by managing a variety of day-to-day operational and client service functions. Responsibilities include processing expense reports, maintaining electronic and physical files, entering attorney time, preparing mailings and correspondence, processing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with document production and management, supporting trial preparation activities, and performing additional administrative duties as needed. The successful candidate will anticipate team needs, demonstrate sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment. A commitment to providing exceptional internal and external customer service is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows-based applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.

Salary/Wage Range: $50,000 - $58,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based raises and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
