Robert Half is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Review Attorney for a contract position. The Document Review Attorney will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing legal documents to identify relevant information and ensure accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, emails, and other materials, for relevance to specific criteria.
• Apply legal expertise to assess the significance of documents and identify potential legal issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervising attorneys, and other team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Conduct legal research as needed to support document review activities.
• Assist with drafting legal memoranda and reports summarizing findings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of document review activities and decisions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding document review processes and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address questions and concerns.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction.
• Previous experience in document review or legal analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using document review software and legal research tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
