Job Description:
**This is a temporary assignment, expected to last 2-4 months**
The DocuSign CLM Certified Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical implementation and configuration of DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solutions. This role requires expertise in DocuSign CLM’s capabilities, functionality, and integrations, with the ability to guide project teams in delivering configured solutions that meet client requirements. The Technical Lead will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and configuration engineers to deliver scalable and effective contract management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical implementation of DocuSign CLM, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and best practices.
Design and architect DocuSign CLM solutions, including custom workflows, templates, and configurations.
Oversee the development of integration points between DocuSign CLM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Conduct in-depth technical reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Act as a subject matter expert on DocuSign CLM features, guiding teams on optimal system usage and configuration.
Mentor and support team members on DocuSign CLM implementation standards, promoting knowledge sharing within the organization.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to work on a contract basis.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
DocuSign CLM Certification is required.
5+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM) implementations, with at least 2 years focused on DocuSign CLM.
Strong knowledge of CLM processes, especially in the context of DocuSign CLM’s functionality.
Proven ability to design workflows, templates, and approval hierarchies within DocuSign CLM.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. #LI-Remote #LI-RC1
