Job Description:

Job Summary:

Epiq is seeking a dedicated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) professional to advance Epiq’s culture, foster belonging and drive engagement. In this role, you'll assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and partner closely with ERG Leaders and key stakeholders across the business. This role reports to our Global Head of DEI.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Design and facilitate DEI training, workshops, and learning opportunities for staff at all levels
  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including the planning of key heritage celebrations and educational opportunities for employees
  • Assist in the implementation of recognition programming for ERG and Engagement Groups
  • Support the integration of DEI into the fabric of our culture
  • Support all employee educational roadmap
  • Assist in developing inclusive hiring practices
  • Engage in community outreach and events
  • Contribute to DEI communications and materials
  • Support the integration of DEI principles into various departments
  • Support a variety of projects across belonging and engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Characteristics

  • 2-3 years of experience working alongside DEI initiatives
  • 2-3 years of experience explaining complex and nuanced concepts to a wide audience
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful DEI initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience in project management and ability to influence organizational stakeholders
