We have a great opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Microsoft 365 platform with a focus on Microsoft's Identity, Mail, Collaboration, and Compliance products and services. Additionally, the position will be responsible for helping support Wealth Enhancement's Windows server and storage systems and services.

The salary target for this role is $120,000 - $135,000.00 depending on experience. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.

Primary Job Functions

Microsoft 365 Stack Engineer

  • Implement, manage, and support Wealth Enhancement's Microsoft 365 platforms and services

  • Collaborate with cross-functional to design, build, and deploying scalable and secure Microsoft 365 solutions

  • Engage and assist Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Legal teams across a variety of supporting Microsoft 365 platforms

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve processes

  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to Microsoft 365 services and provide timely resolutions

  • Conduct regular performance and security assessments of Microsoft 365 services and make necessary improvements

  • Create and maintain documentation for all Microsoft 365 processes and procedures

  • Train and mentor team members on managing and supporting Microsoft 365 products and technologies

  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of Microsoft 365 initiatives and enhancements

  • Continuously evaluate and improve Microsoft 365 services, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and performance

Infrastructure Engineer

  • Assist with project, daily activities, support and maintenance of Wealth Enhancement's server and storage infrastructure

  • Collaborate with engineering staff in implementing and supporting infrastructure initiatives and projects

  • Manage and administer associated third-party applications, plug-ins, and add-ons to core Microsoft services

Education/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years managing and supporting Microsoft's M365 suite of products

  • Proven experience with Microsoft's Identity products, including on-premise Active Directory Domain Service and Entra, in addition to the Defender for Identity capabilities

  • Proven experience managing, administering, and supporting Microsoft's email and mail security services, including hybrid Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online environments, in addition to Defender for Office 365

  • Proven experience managing, administering, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams

  • Experience working within Microsoft Purview product set, including Data Classification, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, eDiscovery, Data Retention

  • Familiarity with the Defender security platforms Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for problem-solving.

  • Strong proficiency in creating and improving system and product requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including problem resolution.
