Senior Manager, Data Analytics
Location: Bentonville, AR
Are you ready to join a team that works to support various functions of the eDiscovery workflow for the world’s largest retailer? The Senior Manager, Data Analyst role sits within the Global Governance Strategy & Operations team and will serve an important role in the management of eDiscovery efforts for key Litigation and Global Investigation stakeholders. This position requires strong aptitude across all EDRM functions as well as substantive Relativity experience.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert in eDiscovery industry tools and analytics platforms, including RelativityOne
Leverage data and analytics to proactively identify trends, spot risks, and manage performance of the internal team and our external service providers
Collaborate directly with the Director of eDiscovery and other stakeholders to proactively address risk and engage on the defensibility and strategic direction of the eDiscovery program
Drive customer service and strong partnerships with key groups in the organization including our Forensic Services Lab, Global Investigations, and Litigation
What you’ll bring:

You are comfortable building relationships, leveraging internal partnerships, and working collaboratively on cross-functional teams

You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can confidently interact with senior leadership and stakeholders

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
