Epiq is a global third-party administrator of legal services. Noticing Services is a highly cross-functional department involved with the Print and Mail Division. We handle large volumes of data and print for millions of recipients. Our work is deadline-driven and often court-ordered, requiring our team to quickly move between tasks and shift priorities. There are multiple divisions within our department: Print Production Coordinators, Solutions Specialists Tier II, and Workforce. The Print Production Coordinator role is an entry-level position with the opportunity for the right candidate to grow in all aspects of print production and direct mail disciplines. In addition, there will be opportunities across the company to grow your career in a variety of areas. As a Print Production Coordinator, we are looking for you to bring a strong willingness to learn and coordinate print and client management. Primary responsibility will be to communicate statuses, monitor, and handle production-related functions of direct mail campaigns. Knowledge of print, postal standards, as well as experience in a fast-paced environment, is desired. We service a wide variety of business lines; Bankruptcy, Class Action, Breach, Print Fulfillment, and Corporate Restructuring to name a few. Additionally, you will be expected to build relationships intra- and inter-departmentally in either a remote or onsite environment. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of getting notices printed and mailed.
